Mr. Pete Cline has been actively engaged in arranging and servicing real estate loans since joining Coast Capital Corporation in 1991. Mr. Cline is one of the founders of Coast Capital Income Fund I, LLC (Fund No.1). Under his management, Fund No.1 earned an annual average return of 10.57% over the past 7 years (2000-2006). Mr. Cline has also arranged $3,000,000,000 in conventional and private money loans during the last 16 years.

Mr. David Bianco serves on the loan approval committee for Coast Capital Income Fund and together with Mr. Cline, he oversees the day-to-day operations. Mr. Bianco focuses on loan origination, on-site property inspection and investor relationship management. Prior to joining Coast Capital, he spent nearly 6 years in the corporate and private banking department of Comerica Bank and Bridge Bank. Mr. Bianco received his Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University.

Ms. Lisa Fuller is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been with Coast Capital since 2004. Ms. Fuller is a former Senior Auditor in the Enterprise Group of Touche Ross and Deloitte & Touche. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University - Hayward.

Ms. Kimberly Badtke is responsible for establishing and managing investor relationships for Coast Capital Income Fund. She previously worked in financial services at John Deere Credit and with an international consulting firm. Ms. Badtke earned her Bachelor of Science degree with honors and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Mr. Greg Abel is one of the founders of Coast Capital Income Fund I, LLC (“Fund No.1”), which was established in mid-1998.With Mr. Abel’s advisement, Fund No.1 has consistently yielded a high level of return with an outstanding record of safety for the clients. Mr. Abel earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Oregon, School of Law in 1991. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California - Berkeley.
